If you’re intrigued by talk of ghosts and spirits and are in or around the state of Indiana, you’re in luck! Dozens of paranormal experts will gather August 11, from 12pm to 4pm at the Hannah House to network and mingle with the public on the lawn of the historic Southside Indianapolis mansion.
The Hannah House is an historic home lush with paranormal activity. In our first episode of My Paranormal Podcast we interviewed Ali, the property manager of the mansion. She informed us of many of the paranormal experiences people have had throughout the years. Some are small, such as phantom odors and feelings of dread. Others are quite significant, like an EVP of a female voice saying “Get out”! Regardless of skepticism, no one can deny that this ornate mansion has many stories to tell.
The annual Paranormal Meet and Greet has nearly doubled in size each year since it was founded in 2006.
"Last year we had just over 1,000 people," said event coordinator Danielle Garrison.
This year’s roster of “paracelebs” includes: Keith Age, founder of the Louisville Ghost Hunters Society and host of the highly acclaimed Spooked documentaries; Rosalyn Brown, of TAPS Ghost Hunters Academy; Wanda Lou Willis, author of numerous books, including Haunted Hoosier Trails; and Jason Sullivan, founder of Midwest Haunts and the YouTube video series, “Ghost Hunting 101.”
Free parking is available around the Hannah House. Food vendors will be on hand, and tours of the house will be available for donations.
For more information, check out the The Hannah House’s official website. The Hannah House is located at 3801 Madison Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227.
